No food but great atmosphere, karaoke, and great music downstairs. Upstairs 18+ section sucks though unless you like top 40.

Very fun place to go! Goth night and 80's night are my favorites. The bar is well stocked and reasonably priced. Average weekend nights aren't too busy, but there are frequent events posted on Facebook that amass some wonderful crowds. If you enjoy watching goths dancing to Siouxsie, this is the place to be!

super fun and one of the only nightlife venues that allow people 18+, the 21+areas have security at every enterance. overall a cool club

The only very minor downside were the few normies that came in to crash the party. Everyone of the goths I met were super kind, loving, and respectful; but the normies kept trying to bully us and start fights. They would say rude things and try to boss us around. One guy came in on cowboy boots and crutches, but would ditch them every chance he got to just walk around and creep on people and talk about his "package." There were other guys in plain t-shirts and jeans that would just stare at the women and make everyone uncomfortable. I'm not a gatekeeper, but being told I'm not allowed to hang out with my new friends by a guy wearing flannel is not my idea of a fun time.

Been going here for a couple years now! The bouncer, security, and other staff make me feel safe, welcome, and cared for. They have someone at each doorway between areas to keep an eye on people passing trough (especially to check if you're 18-20 or 21+ bc there is an 18+ area) the bartender, Loki, is amazing at his job! He helps people figure out drinks and nails it right in the head!

I love Area 51, it has the best atmosphere, music, and staff you'll ever find. Definitely one of the only places you can go and disconnect from the world!

The environment, staff, guests, and drinks here are always fantastic. It has been my go-to spot for years. There's a top 40 dance area, a karaoke area, an alt/goth dancing area, two bars, three pool tables, and three outdoor balcony areas. There's always something for everyone, and I've never brought a group that didn't want to go back.
